01 — Why Wild Honey?

I once lived in Malta, or as the ancient Romans called the island, Melita (honey), for it’s limestone honey-coloured cliffs. The locals named their homes instead of numbering them and I thought Wild Honey would be the perfect name for the limestone farmhouse that was my home for a few years. It was the beginning of an attachment to the name as part of my story.

02 — How do you charge for your services?

I charge a competitive hourly rate. I highly recommend purchasing a bundle of hours to help you reduce costs. You can use this time as you wish and the hours do not expire. Payments can be made by cash, e-transfer or cheque payable to Wild Honey Services.

03 — What are Concierge Services?

Some say the word concierge has evolved from the French ‘comte des cierges’, which loosely translates to ‘keeper of the candles’, which was essentially the main duty of concierges during the Middle Ages..

So, what is a concierge?

A concierge is an individual or a company which specializes in personal assistance. For example, household management, lifestyle management, transportation, travel and vacation planning, etc.

The idea is to save the time of the client by performing their routine or specialized tasks.

04 — Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Yes. Give the gift of time! What a great gift idea for new mothers, someone recovering after an illness / surgery, a frequent traveller, a stressed-out spouse, a proud grandma that won’t ask for help or someone you think would like some extra time to enjoy life. Gift certificates make the perfect gift of time and are a wonderful way of saying “thank you,” to your family and friends.

05 — Where will you provide services?

I will provide services in Stratford, Ontario and Area. Standard mileage rates will be added to services provided outside of the Stratford area.

06 — What type of payments do you accept?

Payments can be made with cash, cheque or e-transfer emailed to wildhoneyservice@gmail.com

07 — Do you do event planning?

I am happy to help with intimate gatherings under 40 guests. My services include arranging catering, service and staff, site planning, shopping, invitations, rentals, etc.

08 — What measures are in place for providing safe service to clients ... in particular seniors?

Wild Honey follows the practices for all essential workplace protocol on Covid- 19 as advised byThe Ministry of Health. Should you have specific questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call or email me to discuss.
